Previously having completed his own course with Teen Challenge, John McMahon came to work as a key worker before taking the role as manager in 2015. He oversees operations for the centre and ensures centre needs are met.

Selina McMahon joined Teen Challenge in October 2024 as a senior member of staff, office manager, and key worker. Selina oversees the administrative operations for the centre and works directly one-on-one with service users.

Chris Graham completed the Teen Challenge course in 2019 in Whitchester House, and was called into ministry to work for Whitchester since. He currently serves as a keyworker, accounts, and operations support to the manager.

Nelson Rato is head of education for Teen Challenge Whitchester House, as well as works directly one-on-one as a key worker with service users within Whichester House. Nelson is formerly the manager of Teen Challenge Portugal and has been with Teen Challenge since 1997.
